FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: spreading device for trawl fishing and seismic survey operations, device comprising an upper and a lower frame. Frames are fitted with at least two panels and drives of panels with remote control. Device allows independent control of position of at least one panel when panels approach each other and withdraw from each other to control water flow through device.
EFFECT: invention provides remote control of equipment without lifting to towing vessel for manual control.
