FIELD: design.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to architectural design of urban infrastructure with wildlife elements, in particular to methods and facilities of light openings and walls of residential and administrative buildings vertical landscaping. Device comprises a bearing element in the form of a tubular rim with fasteners to it via rotary clevises of containers with soil on a flexible suspension and use of the bracket type fastener at installation and fixation of the device to structural elements of a building. Outer surface of the inner diameter of the rim as a bearing element serves as a basic one at its orientation in space and rests, at least at three points along the perimeter of the rim on a prism of the cantilever part of the brackets with the possibility of rotation and limitation of movement of the rim in the radial direction relative to them. Each bracket on its other part is equipped with a fastening rotary element, for example, a flange for mounting the device to structural elements of the building or window frames.

EFFECT: such embodiment provides simplified design and reduced material intensity of the device, while improving its operational indices.
