FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: device includes a supporting rotary element and supports for the orientation of its position and rotary links arranged thereon for fastening to them containers with soil on a flexible suspension. The carrying element is made in the form of a closed reinforced tape similar to a flexible belt transmission element, consisting of an elastic tape-like strip with predetermined dimensions, on the outer side of which, with a predetermined pitch, bars are fixedly mounted in cantilever to fix the rotary links with arranging on them the containers with soil by means of the flexible suspension. At the upper part of its location on the building wall, the carrying element is mated to the smooth surface of the driven element in the form of a pulley between its sides to orient the initial position thereon, installed on a bracket axis for mounting to the building wall. Such mating is carried out by the carrying element and with the driving pulley in the lower part of its location on the wall, i.e. in the subject availability zone, while ensuring the adjustment of the present power contact between their friction surfaces, both when mounting the driving pulley arranged in cantilever on a bearing slide support to the building wall and during the device operation.
EFFECT: maintenance simplicity and accessibility of each container with soil on the walls of multi-storey buildings without changing the initial place of their fastening.
