SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for estimating and reporting channel quality indicator (CQI). For this purpose there are following stages at which: support multiple preset values for several types of subframes, associated with different levels of noise, wherein specified value relates to data transmission to user equipment (UE); specified value is selected from several preset values based on the subframe in which must be transmitted data to the specified UE; specified value is adjusted based on at least partially, loop power control for achieving target efficiency for transmitting data; and transmit data to UE in subframe based on adjusted specified value.

EFFECT: technical result is high efficiency for data transmission.
