SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication engineering and can be used to communicate channel state information. For this purpose, instructions of machine-readable carriers are prompted by mobile station to execute described methods. Mobile station receives an initiating message, which initiates channel status information message for at least one of multiple downlink component carriers, wherein initiation message is received in subframe nTrigger, and transmits the channel state initiated information to at least one of the plurality of downlink component carriers based on the reference signals, present on at least one of plurality of downlink component carriers in subframe nReport later nTrigger. Received initiating message indicates that reference signals are present in subframe nRS on at least one of plurality of downlink component carriers, where nTrigger≤nRS<nReport.

EFFECT: high quality of transmitting messages by checking channel state information.
