SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the communication equipment, and can be used for the channel status messages transmission. For this, disclosed are mobile stations for these methods implementation and the computer readable media, which commands prompt the mobile station to implement the channel state messages transmitting methods. Mobile station receives the initiating message, which initiates the channel state information message for at least one of plurality of downlink component carriers, wherein the initiating message is received in subframe and the mobile station reports the initiated channel state information for at least one of the plurality of downlink component carriers based on the reference signals, present in at least one of plurality of the downlink component carriers. Received initiating message indicates that the reference signals are present in the subframe on at least one of plurality of the downlink component carriers.

EFFECT: technical result consists in increase in the transmitted messages quality.
