FIELD: oil and gas industry; machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to petroleum industry and may be used in submersible oil-filled electric motors. Heat exchanger comprises a base, upper and lower nipples, oil pump, filtering element. In the upper nipple there are vertical and horizontal channels. In the lower nipple there is a vertical channel. Oil pump is installed between the upper and lower nipples and connected to a hollow shaft of the submersible oil-filled electric motor through a coupling. Between the upper and lower nipples there is an additional tube connecting a channel of the lower nipple to a hollow shaft of the electric motor by means of a horizontal channel of the upper nipple. Between the lower nipple and the base there is a central pipe, and a heat exchange casing is installed concentrically to it. Oil pump inlet is connected to an oil-filled cavity of the electric motor by means of a vertical channel made in the upper nipple. Oil pump outlet is connected to the upper part of the central pipe, in the lower part of which there are at least two holes with a filter element installed above them.
EFFECT: improved heat exchange, reduced risk of jamming the motor shaft due to mechanical wear products.
