FIELD: liquid spraying technique; firefighting systems; technological equipment for burning fuel; heat-power engineering and transport. SUBSTANCE: according to first version of invention, liquid sprayer has body with flow-through passage which consists of inlet section in form of conical contraction, cylindrical section and outlet section in form of conical diffuser; all these sections are engageable in succession and are coaxial relative to one another. Length of cylindrical section is no less than its radius. Taper angle of diffuser forming outlet section of flow- through passage is more than taper angle of contraction forming inlet section of flow-through passage. According to second version of invention, liquid sprayer has contraction forming inlet section of flow-through passage which is conoid is shape. Rounding-off radius of side surface of contraction is no less than radius of cylindrical section of flow-through passage. Proposed device ensures generation of steady finely-dispersed flow of liquid at minimum power requirements. Gas-and-drop flow formed in the course of operation of device retains shape and size of cross-section at distance of up to 10 m at high homogeneity of distribution of concentration of drops over cross-section of flow. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 29 cl, 8 dwg
