FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to devices for placing stents, for example, in the vessels or body ducts or in the structure used for testing or demonstration (such as a polymer tube). Device for stent advancing comprises outer case and the stent-catching element located inside the external case. Stent-catching element is configured to move the stent in the distal direction from the external case for at least two periods of the stent coupling stent-hooking element. Each period of engagement is configured to move the stent in the distal direction without mechanical associated return of the external case.
EFFECT: each period of catching is separated by period without catching the stent with the stent-catching element, in which the stent is not actuated in the distal direction.
