SUBSTANCE: inventions relate to medicine. Device contains: external case; stent, placed inside external case, stent - gripping element, placed, at least, partially inside stent orifice and stent - holding element, connected to proximal end of stent. Stent -gripping element is made with possibility of bringing into action by reciprocal way for gripping and moving stent distally, at least, part-by-part from external case. Stent - holding element remains in contact with stent during proximal movement of stent - gripping element on condition that, proximal end of stent is located inside external case.

EFFECT: movement can be performed during, at least, two periods of stent gripping, which distally forces stent out of case, separated by period without gripping.
