FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy. To increase impact strength and local deformability of steel sheet for hot stamping has chemical composition in wt%: C 0.08 or more and less than 0.20; Si from 0.003 to 0.2; Mn from 1.6-3.5; and other elements, and also has a structure of steel, expressed in ratio of area: Bainite from 1 % to 95 %, ferrite from 5 % to 94 %, the rest amount: one or more ingredients selected from a group consisting of pearlite, martensite and residual austenite, wherein the condition is satisfied: [Mn]+6,67×[C]-2.73≥0, where content of Mn is presented as [Mn], content of C is presented as [C].
EFFECT: increase of high impact strength.
