SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of electronic information exchange with its sorting in the computer system environment. Default model is prepared on the computing device in order to personalize a model for the recipient, which is typical for the recipient. Dispatch addressed to the recipient is intercepted on the computing device. Multiple attributes of the dispatch associated with this dispatch are identified on the computing device. Model typical for the recipient is extracted, herewith typical for the recipient model comprises multiple weighted coefficients associated with multiple identified attributes of the dispatch. Model of classification by importance and multiple identified attributes of the dispatch is used, including forming a combination multiple weighted coefficients by calculating the weight of importance as the probabilistic range of threshold values. Predicted importance of the dispatch is generated based on the said combination of multiple weighted coefficients. At least one function of the application is activated associated with the said dispatch for the recipient basing on the predicted dispatch importance.

EFFECT: technical result is providing the possibility of processing large volumes of incoming information.
