SUBSTANCE: automated ship system for lighting communication comprises a device for optical communication of directed action, optical communication device and omnidirectional action, power supply, an automated operator workstation, a general ship roll stabilisation system, automated control system. Automated operator workstation comprises computing device, information display device, information input and output elements, interfaces for external communication. Optical communication device of directed action comprises a unit for generating and transmitting optical signals, a unit for receiving and conversion of optical signals, guidance and stabilisation of tracking unit, control unit, processing and interfacing, power supply. Optical signal reception and transform unit comprises a system of lenses, a photodetector, post-detection processing device, a computing device. Optical communication device and omnidirectional comprises LED matrix with a circular beam pattern of visible and infrared range.

EFFECT: providing high-speed optical line for communication between ships and coastal objects.
