SUBSTANCE: invention relates to instrumentation, namely, to the technology of marine light-signal apparatus, and can be used on ships, vessels, or on coastal facilities - mooring posts. The claimed invention uses a ship antenna unit continuously receiving information on azimuth and vertical deviations of the ship, with which light-signal communication is maintained, from an automated information and control subsystem of the ship.
EFFECT: light signal communication is maintained in adverse weather conditions for the purpose of avoiding collisions.
