FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of machine building and can be used in construction for piling. Vibratory pile driver contains a body closed by the upper and lower covers, loading plates fixed in the lower part of the body, an electric motor fixed to the top cover and kinematically connected to vibration exciters, a head. Inside the body in an even number, in two rows, parallel to each other vibration exciters of unidirectional action are placed, the number of which is unlimited, each of which is a fixed flat gear with teeth on the end face facing the bottom cover, fixed inside to the body and having a central hole through which the subdivided shaft is passed, on the upper end of which a driven gear is fixed, which comes into engagement with a drive gear fixed to the shaft of the electric motor. Part of the subdivided shaft, referring to the corresponding vibration exciter, is formed integrally with a cross, on each of the four ends of which there is a single cylindrical gear with the possibility of free rotation, meshing with the teeth of the fixed gear and having counterweights. Counterweight of each subsequent gear is shifted relative to the previous gear by 90 degrees.
EFFECT: technical result consists in providing higher efficiency, lower energy consumption and time for piling.
