FIELD: gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of preparing gas condensate for single-phase transfer and can be used in gas industry. Method for stabilisation of gas condensate comprises separation of reduced unstable condensate, which is carried out in one step in a vertical stripping film column, equipped with upper and lower units of heat-mass-exchange elements and supply zone located between them. In upper part of inner space o upper unit of heat-mass-exchange elements reduced unstable condensate is fed, is removed from its lower part and directed to supply zone. From top of column weathering gas is removed, and from bottom of column condensate is removed, which is heated, fed as heat carrier into lower part of inner space of lower unit of heat-mass-exchange elements and discharged from its upper part as a commercial condensate. Reduced unstable gas condensate is pre-separated to produce separation gas, which is mixed with weathering gas. Heated condensate is additionally separated with production of commercial condensate and stabilisation gas, which is fed to bottom of column as a stripping agent.
EFFECT: lower dew point for hydrocarbons of weathering gas, increased output of commercial condensate and elimination of power consumption for recirculation of degassing gases.
