SUBSTANCE: proposed method according to which the reduced volatile condensate is separated in the separator of the first stage to obtain the weathering gas and weathered condensate, which is fed to the upper part of the film column dephlegmator section as a refrigerant, and then sent to the feeding area, the hydrocarbon gas is extracted from the column overheads, and from the bottom - the condensate, which is separated into two parts: one is heated and separated in the device to obtain separation gas, directed to the bottom of the column as a stripping agent, and the separation residue, which is divided into the absorbent and a balance stream, which is supplied in the mixture with another part of the condensate as a coolant in the lower part of the stripping section, and extracted as saleable condensate. The hydrocarbon gas is compressed, cooled and subjected to absorption purification in the fractionating absorber with cooling absorbing and heated stripping sections to obtain stabilization gas, which is mixed with the gas from the first stage weathering, obtaining the weathering gas and propane-butane fraction.
EFFECT: invention allows to increase the output and range of saleable products, to reduce the amount of weathering gas and power costs.
