FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in gears lubricated by magnetic powder method. The gear comprises a body and a toothed rim with teeth made of ferromagnetic material. A pair of circular straps made of diamagnetic material adjasent to the rear rim is secured on teeth ends and sections of the body ends. The outer diameter of the lining is not less than the diameter of the circumference of the gear rim vertices, and the side of each lining along its inner perimeter is located at obtuse angle with respect to the end of the wheel body.
EFFECT: improved quality of gear wheel lubrication quality.
