FIELD: packaging industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of a container, which can be closed with a pressure cover to a device for the container production, to the container and to the cover for the container. Technical result is achieved with a method of making the container having a housing and a crown forming a hole for the container. Herewith the hole can be closed with the pressure cover, the container is made from a material able to be deformed at heating. Method involves stages for providing a preform with a crown on its inlet part. Herewith the crown comprises the outer radial flange with the upper surface and the lower surface. First and the second retainers are made as vertical elongated studs from the upper surface of the flange. Herewith the first retainer is located onto or next to the radially internal end of the flange, and the second retainer is located onto the radially external end of the flange or near it. Then the preform is placed in the device for forming by pressure at high temperature. Preform is located in the device by means of the second retainer. Then the preform is expanded under pressure to form the container housing. Then the first retainer is moved downward and outward relative to the second retainer in such a way that the first retainer extends inside the hole for the container. Herewith the first retainer movement takes place after expansion of the preform. Note here that after stage d) the first retainer extends inside the container with elongated axis at the angle from 60° to 120° relative to longitudinal axis of the second retainer, so that the first retainer forms the internal crown.
EFFECT: technical result is strengthening of the cover attachment to the container so that it is not easily separated.
