FIELD: packaging industry.
SUBSTANCE: method of manufacturing a container for a substance to be dispensed by a vacuum pump includes obtaining a rigid outer shell having a neck defining an opening in the interior of the housing. A bag of thermoplastic material is then obtained having the form of an inner cavity of the rigid body and also provided with a neck having a flange radially projecting from one end thereof. The neck at the end opposite the end on which the flange is located is connected to the side surface of the bag. The lateral surface has a closing bottom. Hermetically connect the bag through its neck with a probe to remove air inside the bag, thereby creating a vacuum in the bag, which causes it to contract. The compressed bag is inserted through the opening of the housing until the flange rests against the housing part. A jet of air is injected into the bag to inflate it to press against the inner walls of the housing and/or the compressed air between the bag and the walls forming the inner cavity of the rigid body is removed. The bag has, on the connecting surface between its neck and its lateral surface, a deformable control zone arranged to direct the deformation of the bag along the preferred planes when the air is removed. Before removing the air inside the bag, the bag is inserted into the gripper from the outside of the container, provided with clamps that extend along the main planes to deform the bag to guide the compression process during air removal.
EFFECT: inexpensive and easy-to-implement method of manufacturing a container.
