FIELD: metallurgy; machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy and machine building, specifically to compositions of stainless dispersion-hardening steel, used in production of friction precision instruments, units of hydraulic systems and fuel-control equipment of aviation equipment operating in general climatic conditions. Steel contains carbon, chromium, nickel, molybdenum, cobalt, copper, beryllium, titanium, lanthanum, vanadium, tungsten, neodymium, dysprosium, cerium and iron at following ratio of components, wt%: carbon 0.15-0.5, chromium 12.0-14.5, nickel 4.5-7.5, molybdenum 1.5-3.5, cobalt 6.0-7.5, copper 1.0-3.0, beryllium 0.5-1.2, vanadium 0.2-0.6, tungsten 0.2-0.6, titanium 0.1-0.6, lanthanum 0.005-0.1, neodymium 0.005-0.05, dysprosium 0.005-0.03, cerium 0.005-0.1, iron - balance. Steel has strength 2,350-2,375 MPa, modulus of elasticity 220-221 GPa, hardness HRC 62-63.5 units, wear resistance 2.21·10-8-2.29·10-8 units, purity on nonmetallic inclusions - nitrides and carbonitrides - 2-3 points and absence in structure of steel δ-ferrite.
EFFECT: disclosed is a composition of stainless dispersion-hardening steel.
