FIELD: electricity; manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment intended for use in production of ozone installations. Device consists of at least one electrode system including two, connected to AC power supply source, soldered plate-ribbed electrodes (PRE) and arranged therebetween with given value of discharge gap a middle PRE. Each of extreme PRE consists of two disc membranes, each with a central hole for output of synthesised ozone and flanging at outer and inner diameters to generate electric discharge within active zone of electrode, inner and outer spacer rings, and between spacer rings in inner cavity of electrode and having thermal contact with membrane of nozzle. Middle PRE consists of two disc membranes without a central hole and with flanging along outer diameter each, as well as having thermal contact with membrane of outer spacer ring and nozzle, arranged in inner cavity of electrode. Membranes of all said PRE are made from metal or alloy with valve properties. Function of dielectric barrier on electrodes on side facing discharge gap, is performed by, formed on their outer surfaces, a nanostructured oxide layer of metal or alloy with valve properties.
EFFECT: higher efficiency, production of high and ultrahigh ozone concentration with minimum power consumption.
