FIELD: ozone equipment, possible use in production of ozonizers.
SUBSTANCE: in accordance to the invention, one of walls of body of ozone generator is made removable, and on its internal surface electrodes and collectors are fastened for injecting and draining deionized water from electrodes. Electrodes are positioned vertically in such a way, that connecting pipes, which feed deionized water, are positioned in their lower section, and the ones which drain the water - in their upper section. Electrodes are made of membranes in form of hermetic hollow structure with connecting pipes for inlet and outlet of deionized water. Membranes are made of metal or alloy with valve properties. Membrane surfaces are formed by oxide layer of the same metal or alloy. Oxide layer on the surface of membranes which faces discharge gap performs the function of a dielectric barrier, and on the side of surface being cooled - the function of anti-corrosion cover.
EFFECT: high quality, reliability and efficiency characteristics of ozone generator during manufacturing and during operation.
