FIELD: chemical industry; medicine; construction industry; production of ozone producing equipment.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with production of the ozone equipment and may be used in ozone producing generators. The system of electrodes contains, at least one high-voltage and one earth (ground) electrodes, which are outside coated with a dielectric. Each of the electrodes is made out of two diaphragms, rigidly linked to each other and forming the internal cavity having the unions for the inlet and the exit of the refrigerant. The adjacent surfaces of the electrodes are arranged with a constant clearance among themselves within the limits of their active zones, and in the internal cavity of each electrode there is a spacer with the height equal to the spacing interval between the diaphragms. The spacer has the form ensuring the directional movement of the refrigerant and in the places of a touch it is rigidly fixed on the internal surface of the diaphragms of the electrode within the limits of the active zones with formation of the thermal contact. The space between the places of the rigid fixation of the spacer are chosen so, that the deformation of the active zones of the adjacent surfaces of the electrodes under action of the pressure of the refrigerant do not exceed the half value of the clearance between them. The active zones of the diaphragms of the electrodes can be plane. The offered invention allows to improve the quality, reliability and effectiveness of refrigeration of the electrodes of the ozone generator and also to reduce labor input of their manufacture and the materials consumption.

EFFECT: the invention ensures improvement of the quality, reliability and effectiveness of refrigeration of the electrodes of the ozone generator and also reduction of the labor input and the materials consumption for their manufacture.
