FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: polymer composition for anti-corrosion coating includes a polymer binding agent, a modifier, a hardener - organosilicon amine, one filler, a pigment and an organic solvent, as well as additionally contains a reactionable diluent - triglycidyl ether of polyoxyproprylenetriol. As the polymer binding agent the composition contains epoxysiliconorganic resin, as the modifier - butadieneacrylonitrile carboxylate caoutchouc, as the pigment - the substance, which is a corrosion inhibitor, and as the filler - the substance, which has a fibrous or needle-shaped structure. The composition contains the components in the following ratios in wt. p: polymer biding agent - 90.0-110.0; hardener - 60.0-100.0; modifier - 10.0-35.0; reactionable diluent - 10.0-25.0; pigment - 150.-190.0; filler - 40.0-100.0; organic solvent - 30.0-100.0.
EFFECT: increase of impact strength, tensile and flexural strength, adhesion, adhesion strength and moisture resistance of the anti-corrosion coating, applied for the protection of constructions from aluminium alloys, steel, carbon fibre reinforced plastic.
