FIELD: veterinary science.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to animal breeding, in particular, to a method of increasing of productivity of calves and pigs in milk growing period. Method involves introduction of biologically active preparation to the ration, which is feed additive, being crude water extract produced by water extraction of biomass including wood and bark of siberian larch and Gmelin larch. Calves are fed on additive in amount of 100-200 ml with dry substances concentration of 5-10 % (in amount of 6-20 g of dry substance of extract per 1 head) 1-2 times a day for 30 days. Piglets are fed on additive introduced in feedstuff in dry form 1 time a day for 30 days in amount of 5 g per one head, wherein modified feedstuff contains 5 wt% of a feed additive, 55 wt% of wheat, 18 wt% of barley, 7 wt% of whole milk substitute Delak, 7 wt% peas, 4 wt% of soya bean meal 4 wt% SCHAUMALAC F 80/m.

EFFECT: invention usage allows to increase average daily weight gain of animals.
