FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to epoxymolar adhesives containing precursors of impact resistance modifier. Disclosed is an agent for producing an impact resistant epoxy adhesive including at least two components, A and B, formed separately from each other, where component A contains at least one compound with two or more isocyanate groups, as well as one or more additional additives, component B contains at least one compound which has at least two reactive hydroxyl groups and simultaneously does not contain epoxy groups, as well as one or more extra additives, wherein at least one of the components A and/or B contains at least one epoxy prepolymer as an additive; at least one of the components A and/or B contains as an additive at least one hidden hardener for epoxy prepolymer as an additive, which may be stored at temperature up to 22 °C together with epoxy prepolymers causing no hardening reaction in the substantial amount, and components A and B are free from thermally activated foaming agent. Invention also discloses thermally hardened one-component epoxy adhesive and method for preparing thereof based on the presented agent, as well as vehicle and method of connection of at least two of its components.

EFFECT: technical result is increased ease of use of the presented agent when the improved mechanical properties of finished product.
