SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemistry of polymers and deals with solidified under environmental conditions water-based coatings for surfaces allowing writing and erasing. A composition contains an isocyanate resin component and an acrylic polyol resin component. The composition is solidified with formation of a material, which has a surface allowing writing and erasing. The marking material can be erased from the surface allowing writing and erasing without any trace after performing more than 100 cycles of writing and erasing on the same place.
EFFECT: invention ensures creation of coatings, which are solidified under environmental conditions, release little if any volatile organic compounds (VOC) in the process or after solidification and have a reduced tendency to formation of ghost images even after long-term application.
