FIELD: production of fittings.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to tools for controlling inner surface when making a seamless metal pipe. Tool comprises a rod, a mandrel, which is detachably connected with rod, and a connection element which connects mandrel and rod by means of magnetic force. One of mandrel or rod has a rod-like portion located in axial direction of mandrel or rod, and other of mandrel or rod has a connecting hole located in axial direction of other of mandrel or rod and is configured to accommodate rod-like portion. Connecting element is made in form of a permanent magnet, which is attached to at least one of rod-like portion and connecting hole.
EFFECT: technical result is easy replacement of mandrel.
