FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to surgery. Major fenestrated thoracoabdominal defect is covered by substitution of resected tissue with a composition of in-series located layer of titanium-nickelide mesh and a row of anatomically molded by the defect curvature stiffness elements from titanium nickelide, herewith over the said composition an additional layer of titanium-nickelide mesh is laid fastened to the subjacent components and fixed to the defect edges.
EFFECT: method provides reliable anatomic and functional substitution of walls of the body thoracoabdominal area, accelerated time of recovery.
