SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nanotechnology, medicine and food industry. Method of producing nanocapsules of green tea extract is characterized by that green tea extract is added to agar-agar suspension in sulfuric ether in presence of 0.01 g of preparation E472c as surfactant, while mixing at 1,300 rpm, then ethyl acetate is added, obtained suspension is filtered and dried at room temperature, wherein ratio nucleus:shell in nanocapsules makes 1:3, 1:1, 1:5 or 5:1.

EFFECT: technical task of invention is to simplify and accelerate process of production of nanocapsules and increase mass output.
