FIELD: nanotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nanotechnology, in particular, to a method of producing nanocapsules, and describes a method of producing nanocapsules of green tea extract. Method is characterised by that the envelope used is carrageenan, and the core is used green tea extract, the method of green tea extract is added to suspension of carrageenan in butanol in the presence of an E472c surfactant, the ratio nucleus: shell in terms of dry substance ranges from 1:1 to 1:5, then while stirring added sulphuric ether, obtained suspension is filtered and dried at room temperature.
EFFECT: method provides simplifying and accelerating the process of nanoencapsulation, while reducing accompanying loss.
