SUBSTANCE: device for holding towels or similar articles on seats, comprising a base part that is formed by a support leg and a clamping leg, which are connected to each other by a web, wherein an extension arm is arranged on clamping leg on which there is a clamping hook. Extension arm has two sections, wherein section ends in an arc, which joins clamping hook, and clamping leg and sections together with clamping hook form a loop-like shape.
EFFECT: higher reliability of holding towels.
