SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of allocating resources, a method of transmitting channel state information, a base station and user equipment. Herewith the method of allocating resources includes the following stages: determining by the base station that for the UE it is required to report the aperiodic CSI of relevant downlink CC; and allocating corresponding resources to the UE in accordance with the number of relevant downlink CC. Base station allocates corresponding resources to the UE in accordance with the number of relevant downlink CC; the resource allocation is flexible and the UCI transmission in case of several carriers is supported.

EFFECT: higher probability of correct USI reception and reduced constraints when scheduling data transmission.
