FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, to cardiac surgery, particularly to cardiosurgery. Intersection of open arterial duct in the aortic end is performed. Barrel of the pulmonary artery is transected. Perforation is made of the rear wall of the shaft of the pulmonary artery and patch, by means of which was restored wall of the pulmonary artery within a bifurcation. Form central anastomosis by type “side-to-side” between the shaft of the pulmonary artery and its bifurcation. Create anastomosis of hypoplastic aorta with pulmonary artery trunk stump by type “end-to-side”.
EFFECT: method allows to distribute blood evenly over the branches of pulmonary artery, reduce a risk of victimize coronary blood flow, single diastolic dysfunction of right ventricle and risk of thrombosis and thromboembolic complications in postoperative period.
