FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to cardiac surgery. A median sternotomy is performed, the main arteries are separated and mobilized, the open arterial duct is sutured and transected. An ascending aorta is transected and a pulmonary artery bifurcation is dissected above the valve commissures, the interventricular defect is closed by a synthetic patch with tunneling of the neoaorta and left ventricle. A U-shaped segment of the non-coronary sinus wall is excised, not reaching 5 mm to the fibrous ring of the neoaorta, followed by reconstruction with a continuous vascular suture and plastic expansion of the ascending aorta with a separate pericardium patch, supplemented by reimplantation of coronary arteries by open technique, and restoration of integrity of great vessels.
EFFECT: method enables eliminating the mismatch between the diameters of the aortic root and the pulmonary artery without a risk of deformation of the neoaortic sinuses when using the open technique of coronary artery reimplantation.
