FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for treating functional scotomas in children. Method includes alternate exposure of biologically active points VB1, E2 and TR23 on each eye to EHF radiation in terahertz range at molecular spectrum frequency and atmospheric oxygen absorption of 129.0 GHz. Radiation power is 100 mcW in amplitude-modulated generation mode. Each point is exposed for 2 minutes everyday for 3 days.
EFFECT: method provides quick treatment of functional scotomas without need for storage for a long period of forced patient's position and fixation of sight.
