SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agriculture. A method for presowing treatment of seeds of agricultural plants is proposed, which is a treatment with an aqueous solution of biologically active substances, which are used as an aqueous colloidal solution of iron and cobalt nanoparticles in a weight ratio of 1:1, their concentration in the working fluid is 0.006-0.02 g/l, stabilized 1% polysorbate-20. In this case, the aqueous colloidal solution is subjected to ultrasonic dispersion with a power of 300 W at a frequency of 23.74 kHz 5 times for 5 minutes with an interval of 3 minutes.
EFFECT: method provides an increase in the energy of germination, germination and accumulation of biomass of the aerial parts and roots of seedlings.
