FIELD: pipes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to substances in plastic state forming, namely to mold interiors coating. Technical result is achieved by pipes from polymer composite materials centrifugal forming method, which involves mold inner surface coating with anti-adhesion composition, making workpiece from not-rigid reinforcing material by gluing on cylindrical mandrel, placing workpiece in mold, supply of binder into prepared “form-workpiece” system, distribution of binder along workpiece surface, mold rotation at constant frequency until binder hardening. At that, workpiece is made of dry rigid reinforcing material, preserving tubiform shape after removal from mandrel. Produced workpiece is placed in mold. binder is supplied into obtained “mold-workpiece” system with disperse filler previously added therein. Distributed over workpiece surface by mold rotation and short-term vibration impact on it. Then, mold rotation frequency is increased shape to design and constant rotation frequency is maintained until binder hardening.

EFFECT: technical result is higher efficiency of process and improved quality of pipes.
