SELF-ATTACHING STATOR CASING Russian patent published in 2016 - IPC F04C2/107

Abstract RU 2601653 C2

FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to single-screw pump stator casing, to casing segment of such stator casing, to single-screw pump with such stator case and to method of stator making. Single-screw pump stator casing (8) has elastomeric inner part (9) and is formed by several cup-like segments (6). Adjacent in longitudinal direction of stator casing (8) segments (6) are shifted relative to each other around casing (8) longitudinal axis. Segment (6) has connecting means. At least four segments (6) are detachably linked to each other. Segments (6) are clamped in pump and form composite casing.

EFFECT: group of inventions is aimed at creation of above described stator casing and such stator casing production method, which makes it possible to reduce maintenance costs.
