SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to drilling equipment, namely to screw downhole motors and screw pumps, and can be used in oil and gas, mining and other industries. According to one embodiment, in the screw hydraulic machine, the elastomeric helical teeth of the stator on the side of the highest contact stresses occurring during operation of the stator are lined with a fabric tape, and space between threads of fabric tape is filled with elastomer of coating with formation of elastomer-fabric surface of teeth, wherein material of fabric tape has higher wear resistance compared to cover elastomer. Fabric tape is made of aramid threads while thickness of fabric tape is less than half of stator tooth height. According to the second embodiment, in the screw hydraulic machine, the elastomeric helical teeth of the stator of the hydraulic machine on the side of the highest contact stresses occurring during operation of the stator are lined with a fabric tape in 1.1-10.0 times of increased thickness compared to the thickness of the tape on the opposite side of the teeth, and the space between the threads of the fabric tape on all sides of the teeth is filled with the elastomer of the coating to form an elastomer-fabric surface of the teeth, wherein material of fabric tape threads with increased thickness has higher wear resistance than lining elastomer, and side edges of adjacent tapes are overlapped.
EFFECT: increased durability of screw hydraulic machine.
