FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the housing covering the ends of a number of rotor blades of axial turbomachine compressor. The housing is provided with a sealing device between the blades rims and the housing. The sealing device comprises a casing 22 segmented on its circumference, where each segment is secured to housing 12 by a series of elastomeric members 30 in recess 32 in the form of a channel recess on the inner surface of the housing. Thus, in the case of rotor shift relative to the stator, rotor blades 24 coming into contact with the shell sections can be displaced in order to compensate for this shift, reducing the friction force resulting from the contact between the blades and the casing. Elastic means 30 comprise a number of elastic elements, each of which has a first end attached by adhesion to the wall and a second end attached by adhesion to the shell segment. In case of centering restoration, the shell segments come to its original position due to the elastic nature of elements 30.
EFFECT: design simplicity.
