FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used in automobile industry when making bead rings by drawing a wire. Binding cord winding device is provided with a rotor, which rotates at an inner side and an outer side of an annular bead ring by being transported in a circumferential direction, holding the binding cord to wrap it around the bead ring. Rotor comprises a pressing element, formed by a plate spring for elastic pressing the binding cord against the bead ring, and has a pressing part in contact with the binding cord.
EFFECT: providing strong and reliable binding wire ends.
