FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to formation of bead rings by wire winding. Winding machine includes first rotating body, rotated by rotary shaft, second rotating body, rotated around the same axis and at the same rate as first rotating body and drive element for attachment and detachment of first and second bodies in relation to each other. Outer circumferential surface of at least one of first and second bodies in part, where first and second rotating bodies are attached, groove is made to form bead ring by wire winding. Pushing element of machine is intended for pushing of formed bead ring from groove inner space. Transfer plate is located between first and second rotating bodies, when first and second rotating bodies are in detached state to drag bead ring, pushed from groove by pushing element, by means of magnetism.
EFFECT: providing easy detaching of bead ring from rotating body, simplifying machine design.
