SUBSTANCE: invention relates to winding devices for winding wire around round template periphery and unfolding wire in columns and rows arrangement to form bead ring. Roller for pressing wire located on template periphery, is placed on device frame and is movable along wire columns and in direction along wire rows. Annular cam has cam surfaces and is supported by camshaft, which rotates synchronously with template rotation. Cam follower interacts with cam surfaces of cam and moves apiece with roller along wire columns and in direction along wire rows. Cam surfaces are acting to move roller along wire columns.

EFFECT: enabling reliable wire winding.
