FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compartments equipment of vehicles. Vehicle seat with adaptive turning angle comprises a seat with a backrest made as a single module equipped with safety belts and attached to the upper end of a coiled spring installed rigidly and vertically with its lower end onto the mounting frame. In the initial stationary position of the seat the spring is brought into hardened stressed-twisted state by means of forced twisting together with the seat in preset direction at the angle of 180° from its free state and subsequent free introduction without fixation with its upper orthogonally bent end into a slot hole oriented along the longitudinal axis of the vehicle next to a vertical post installed on the mounting frame behind the seat.
EFFECT: simplified seat design and higher safety of passengers at complex dynamic conditions of the vehicle operation.
