FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of passive safety of passenger transport facilities. Vehicle seat user safety system includes installed on floor of cabin guide slides for limited displacement in direction of forces of inertia with retainers of its initial and final positions. Seat is equipped from bottom with four wheels, protruding beyond its side surfaces. Guide slides are fixed on cabin floor plate having along full length lateral L-shaped flanges covering wheel outside and from above. Holder of initial position of seat in stationary transport mode is screwed on outside in collar of plate and wheel centre screw from material with value of breaking shear load of inertial forces on side of seat with a user during emergency braking of vehicle, corresponding to minimum inertial overload which is hazardous for user of seat, and fixing device for end position - in form of vertically bent upwards, remote by required limited movement of seat forward, edge of plate with radius of curvature.
EFFECT: simplified design, higher reliability and safety of passengers.
