SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fluid medium supply piston pumps, where dosing is required and can be used, in particular, in medicine. Contains at least two cylinders 14, 15 with corresponding pistons 22, 22. They are installed with possibility of movement using drive 90. Cylinders 14, 15 are mounted on common flange 10. In every cylinder 14, 15 chamber 23, 23' is formed. On flange 10 at least one inlet branch pipe 12 and one outlet branch pipe 13 are arranged. On flange 10 side opposite to cylinders 14, 15 central valve disc 20 is installed, which adjoins to flange 10 and continuously rotates in piston pump supply mode. Disc 20 rotation axis passes across flange 10. In flange 10 in inlet and outlet branch pipes 12, 13 area passages 30, 31 are made. In area of cylinders 14, 15 there are corresponding holes 32, 33, 34, 35. Valve disc 20 has at least two recesses 24, 25 on flange side. First recess 25 at disc 20 rotation into first angle position is aligned with hole 32 of first cylinder 14 and outlet branch pipe 13 passage 30. Second recess 24 in this first angular position is aligned with inlet connection pipe 12 passage 31 and bore 34 in second cylinder 15. First recess 25 at disc 20 rotation to second angular position, is aligned with passage 30 in outlet branch pipe 13 and bore 35 in second cylinder 15, while second recess 24 is aligned with passage 31 in inlet branch pipe 12 and bore 33 in first cylinder 14.
