Proposed method consists in the fact that a pancrelipase solid composition is added to the first medium dissolution, having pH from approximately 1 to approximately 4.5, then the suspension is transferred into the second medium dissolution, having pH from approximately 5 to approximately 6.8.
EFFECT: then provide release of digestive enzymes sample aliquots of medium dilution is carried out and removal of readings of fluorescence calculating the amount of released digestive enzymes.
