SUBSTANCE: described is a combination of two or more lipase enzymes for use in treating lipid digestion deficiency and/or pancreatic dysfunction, characterized in that at least one lipase enzyme has a pH optimum at acid pH, while at least one other lipase enzyme has a pH optimum at alkaline pH. Also presented is a pharmaceutical composition containing the described composition. Disclosed is a method of producing said composition.
EFFECT: invention promotes lipolysis throughout the gastrointestinal tract.
